Craig is a qualified trade mark practitioner and a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL). He specialises in IP commercialisation and IP Due Diligence investigations as well as the management, acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property.
He has worked with the top intellectual property and corporate law firms in South Africa as well as holding the position of Group Head of Legal at a public company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He has carved a niche in the industry for himself, representing clients who range from start-up businesses and entrepreneurs, to local and international musicians and entertainers, to sports players.
Craig has a passion for Intellectual Property Law, and has made it his mission to spread the word about the protections afforded by the Intellectual Property law in South Africa to both his clients, and the public at large.
